I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review and the first thing I want to direct your attention to is the super awesome cover art! Seriously, just look at that adorable little imp in her hands. It just screams "Snuggle me!" The actual imps in the book, however, are more likely to scream "Rip, rip, rip"!
The story follows Jordan Andrews, a young woman who returns home penniless and angry. Of course things only get exceedingly more terrible. Following the discovery of a gruesome murder, Jordan is forced to confront people from her past in her need to find her sketchy twin brother ... and to survive the malevolence attacking her life.
An enjoyable read! I did at times want to shake or slap a few characters, and I was unsure of the turn the story took but I'm curious to see what happens next. Especially since I found the 'bad guy' to be rather intriguing... Must. Know. More.
